How the Director thinks about the Group

Ajinkya Santoshrao Zele founded Zele with a simple premise: build one business properly, then let every business that follows carry the same name and the same standard. Under that approach, the Group grew from a single technology venture into five independently run businesses spanning placements, real estate, capital markets and education.

The role of the Group leadership isn't to run each business day-to-day — it's to protect what the name stands for while giving every vertical's leadership the room to build.
